As a family-focused Realtor and founder of Vanguard Point Realty in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), I help you find the right Property with care, integrity, and deep local expertise. Licensed for 10 years, I was the top-producing agent at the top three leading brokerages in Rocky Point — an experience that inspired me to create my own brokerage to challenge the status quo and serve as an improvement of our community as a whole.
Buying or selling real estate is often life-changing and can be stressful. Guiding clients through that process is the most rewarding part of my work; I love it! Whether I’m helping friends and family find their dream home or assisting new clients, serving Puerto Peñasco is my priority. Raised in both Arizona and Puerto Peñasco, I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish and use my dual cultural perspective to better understand and serve each client.
I work with first-time buyers, investors, luxury buyers, sellers, or custom builds. Outside of work, I enjoy family time with my wife and two kids, daily runs, gym sessions, reading, and giving back to the community—because others opened doors for me, and I strive to do the same for others.
